You can usually choose your shop
Most service contracts let you use any licensed repair facility. Check your contract or call the administrator.
The usual process
- Bring the car in with your contract number.
- The shop diagnoses the problem.
- The shop contacts the warranty administrator with the diagnosis, photos and estimate.
- The administrator approves covered parts and labor (sometimes after an inspection).
- The shop repairs the car; you pay your deductible and anything not covered.
Common reasons claims get denied
- Missing maintenance records
- Pre-existing conditions
- Parts not listed in the contract
- Repairs started before approval
Keep your records
Save oil change and service receipts. They're often the first thing an administrator asks for.
We handle the paperwork

FAQ
Do I pay for diagnosis on a warranty claim?
It depends on the contract. Some cover diagnosis when the repair is covered; others don't. We'll tell you before we start.
